Our dream team created this piece in 48 hours for the film festival Gen48 with Runway. Our narrative reveals a world where artificial ecosystems flourish, yet something vital remains missing.

A mischievous creator — an artificial being themselves — struggles to replicate the last living tree through code, ultimately realizing that the only way to restore life is to sacrifice themselves, merging their consciousness with the imperfect code that will regenerate the planet.
